Answerport’s project management approach combines the organization and control of human, financial and material resources needed in a project, together with the management processes required to successfully complete the project.

This consists of the following activities:

Define project charters
Perform risk management
Take responsibility for the project until its successful completion
Control the execution of the contract and project quality plan
Manage the work plans, budgets, schedules, scope and activities associated with the project
Manage the project resources
Provide knowledge transfer
Provide for appropriate communication of the project’s progress
